Task: Build online store from scratch and make it profitable
Project life: 4 weeks (development), 1 year (managing)

I had this business idea of organizing an online piercing jewelry store. My partner Max Gram helped with website interface and e-commerce CMS setup. I was responsible for testing, content filling and basic SEO at the start of the project. As soon as my website was on top of UA Google search results (just 3 weeks after the launch) I could fully devote myself to daily retail business activities – managing clients, orders, deliveries, cash flow, wholesale orders, and customs procedures. Within one year since the launch the store had 900 registered customers from Ukraine and Russia who placed over 1200 orders and left 80 positive references in a guest book. With over 200 unique visitors daily I am proud to assert that kink.com.ua beats the rest of Ukrainian e-shops selling piercing jewelry. Due to moving to another country this business was sold.
